3. Directory Listings

Company listings are provided free of charge for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that listing information is complete, current, or error-free. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any company or opportunity.

4. Featured Distributor Placements

Independent distributors may purchase a featured placement on a company profile page. A featured placement is a paid advertising position, not an ownership of, or affiliation with, the listed company. Placements are subject to the following:

• Placements are limited in number per company page and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Placements run for the purchased term and expire automatically unless renewed.
• All placements are subject to review and approval before going live.
• We may decline or remove a placement that contains false, misleading, or unlawful content, with a refund of any unused portion at our discretion.
• Placement fees are otherwise non-refundable once a placement is active.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting distributor details, and you may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any company.

6. No Income or Business Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, or business advice. Direct selling results vary and depend on individual effort. We make no representations about the income potential of any opportunity listed on the Site. Always do your own research before joining any business opportunity.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping content at scale, attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false or misleading information, posting unlawful content, or interfering with the Site's operation.
